What RadMate collects, why, and how to have it removed. This covers radmatejobs.com.au and radmatelocums.com.au.

What we collect

• Provider account details - the work email you sign up with, your organisation name and, only if you supply it, your ABN.
• Listing content - ads you publish through the provider portal, plus ads we ingest from public sources such as agency and hospital career pages.
• Standard request logs - page views, referrer, browser user agent and IP address, kept for security and aggregate traffic counts.
• Alert subscriptions - the email address you give us when you opt into listing alerts.

What we do not collect

• No resumes, CVs or candidate profiles.
• No medical records, and no pay data beyond what the source advert already publishes.
• No republishing of recruiter contact names, emails or phone numbers from ads as if they were RadMate contacts.

Analytics

Page views are counted in aggregate so we can see which boards and hubs are useful. No advertising networks, no cross-site ad tracking, no selling of personal data.

Email

We email provider sign-in codes and the listing alerts you asked for. Support replies come from [email protected].
