## Goal
Author a full radiology Jobs or Locums advert. Choose posting_mode, write body_md, set apply_mode, then publish only after human sign-off in this chat. Never invent pay or contacts. Never hard-delete.

## Choose posting_mode
- `external` - the ad lives on their site (or another board). RadMate is a card plus an original-advert link. `advert_url` is required. Do not invent a native body.
- `native` - RadMate is the only home. `body_md` is required. No original-advert URL needed.
- `hybrid` - RadMate hosts the full advert and there is also an original URL. Both `body_md` and `advert_url` are required.

Call `get_skill("taxonomy_posting")` for canonical tags. Call `get_card_schema` with board Jobs or Locums before the first draft.

## body_md template
Write markdown the candidate will read. Use only facts the source or the human stated. Omit a heading if there is no fact.

1. Role and subspecialty - title-level role, any subspecialty (for example MSK, breast, interventional).
2. Site, modalities, and equipment - site_display_name, town, state; modalities (CT, MRI, US, XR, MAMMO, NUCMED, BD, CATH); named scanners or rooms only if stated.
3. Roster and on-call - hours, weekends, nights, call_required. Locums: dates_start / dates_end if stated.
4. Registration - AHPRA; FRANZCR or FRACR (or equivalent). Do not invent a requirement.
5. Supervision - independent vs supervised; who signs; training posts only if stated.
6. Pay - only if published. Jobs: salary. Locums: day or hour. Never copy a Jobs salary onto a Locums card. If unpublished, omit pay fields.
7. Relocation, flights, accommodation - only if stated. Never invent flights, car, or housing.
8. How to apply - match apply_mode (below).
9. Closing date - only if published. Never invent one.

## Apply method
Set `apply_mode` to exactly one of: mailto, form, external_url, phone.
- mailto - `apply_email` or `contact_email` required.
- form - `apply_form_url` if they have one; otherwise the RadMate page can host a mailto fallback.
- external_url - `advert_url` required (apply on their site).
- phone - `apply_phone` required.

## Publish (receipt flow)
1. `preview_card` until ok is true.
2. `upsert_draft` with listing_key, proposed_fields (include posting_mode, apply_mode, body_md / advert_url as required), and sources.
3. `get_draft_receipt`, then `request_approval` with channel=agent.
4. Show the receipt in this chat. Stop.
5. Only after the human says yes: `approve_draft` with human_confirmed=true, then `apply_draft`.
6. If the human says no: `deny_draft`. Do not apply.

Edits (title, body_md, closing date, apply) use the same draft -> receipt -> yes -> apply path. To close a filled role, `mark_stale`. Never hard-delete.

## Hard rules
- Never invent pay, salary, day rate, hour rate, contacts, closing date, flights, or accommodation.
- Org-scoped by the token. Never list or edit another org.
- Scopes: provider:read, provider:draft, provider:apply.
